Crêpes are one of France's most popular creations. They come in both sweet and savory flavors, and in this class, you will learn how to make both.
Chef Neilie will guide you in making perfect crêpes just like you would find in France. Start with your crêpe batter, which you will thinly spread onto a nonstick skillet until perfectly cooked, then fill with chicken, mushrooms and Swiss cheese sauce. Your sweet crêpe features a combination of Nutella and banana.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
