Cooking Class: Spring Rolls and Potstickers

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Mori will teach you how to make two popular Chinese snacks completely from scratch. 


Start with fresh spring rolls, which you will fill with rice noodles, vegetables, herbs and imitation crab, then learn how to make a sweet and creamy peanut sauce to dip them in. Next, make potstickers filled with pork, beef and vegetables. You will carefully wrap and steam your rolls before enjoying your creation alongside a soy and vinegar dipping sauce. 


Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience.

With cucumbers, avocado, imitation crab, green onions, cilantro, mint and sesame seeds


Spring Rolls Dipping Sauce

With peanut butter, hazelnut coffee creamer, light brown sugar, and soy sauce


Potstickers

With pork, beef, vegetables, soy sauce, sake, rice wine, sesame and garlic
