Begin the class by learning the secrets to combining just a few ingredients to make homemade pasta dough, then roll and cut the dough into long, beautiful pasta noodles. Next, you'll make a classic marinara meat sauce peppered with garlic, onions and fresh herbs, then whip up an indulgent but simple traditional carbonara with smoky bacon, fresh peas and onion.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
