Join Chef Paolo to discover just how simple it is to perfectly craft your own sushi from scratch, while incorporating time-honored techniques and high-quality ingredients.
This fun and informative cooking class focused on the artistry of sushi begins with learning the secrets to making homemade sushi rice. Then, discover how to properly slice fresh fish and vegetables, and get to work rolling your sushi, beginning with a spicy tuna roll, and followed by a true classic: the California roll.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
