In this interactive cooking class, Chef Staci will break down every ingredient it takes to build the perfect bowl of ramen, and will teach you smart cooking techniques along the way.
Under Chef Staci's guidance, you'll learn how to make professional-quality tonkotsu ramen from the broth to the noodles to the meat and other incredible toppings. Following her simple and easy steps, you'll discover how to choose high-quality ingredients, how to prepare each ingredient, and the precise method to assemble your beautiful bowl of homemade ramen.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
