Travel to an Italian al fresco café without ever leaving your kitchen once you learn Chef Thomas' tips and techniques to crafting handmade pizza in the Roman fashion.
Roll up your sleeves and begin the class by making then rolling out your own pizza dough. Roman pizza is similar to deep dish pizza, but with a lighter and more airy crust. Next, top your dough with fresh mozzarella, juicy San Marzano tomatoes, and zesty Italian sausage. Bake to perfection, then enjoy!
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Thomas was very welcoming and personable! We definitely feel confident that we could recreate these recipes at home, whereas before we probably would have assumed they were outside our capability.
After working in the restaurant industry for several years in a variety of roles, Chef Thomas left to pursue his passion of hosting and teaching cooking classes to share his professional culinary knowledge with others. American bistro-style fare is Chef Thomas' specialty, a beautiful mix of comfort, French and Italian cuisine. He also prides himself on simple and welcoming hospitality that sets the stage for an exciting experience!
