Unroll the traditions and techniques needed to roll your own sushi from scratch. Working alongside Chef Keith, you'll prepare sushi rice from scratch, then begin the process of layering, rolling and slicing your sushi roll. Choose from a vegetable shiso roll, and a classic California roll featuring seafood.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
