Sushi is one of the most popular meals of snacks around, but making your own can be pretty intimidating. This class starts with the ingredients you will need to make your own sushi. Learn to make sushi rice and slice the ingredients. Then learn the basics of rolling a traditional style kappa roll with cucumber, rice and seaweed, and an American style California roll. with kani crab, avocado, rice, seaweed and sesame seeds.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Today, Chef Christian is the head sushi chef at a prominent Japanese restaurant in Miami where he has been handcrafting authentic and innovative sushi creations for almost a decade. Chef Christian can also be found sharing his skills and wisdom with others via fun and interactive culinary experiences.
