In this cooking class with Chef Jerrica, you will have the unique opportunity to explore the art of making fresh Italian cheeses from scratch with a tender texture and beautifully milky flavor.
From whipping up a batch of perfectly creamy fresh mozzarella to homemade burrata with ricotta, herbs, and Parmesan, this fun and interactive culinary experience promises to be one for the books.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Jerrica was great. This was our 1st time to attend a class and my wife and I loved it. She made everyone feel comfortable regardless of their cooking abilities. We will be signing up for more.
