In this hands-on class with Chef Ana, you will learn the tips, tricks, and techniques needed to handcraft your very own California-style sushi rolls!
Chef Ana will begin by teaching you how to prepare sushi rice using vinegar, salt, and a pinch of sugar. Then, you will prepare your crab salad filling and a spicy aioli to drizzle atop your finished sushi rolls.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
