Working alongside Chef Luke, you will first prepare sushi rice that lay the foundation for three sushi rolls you'll make completely from scratch: a Philadelphia roll, featuring salmon and avocado, a tuna roll laden with spice, and kewpie mayonnaise, and a vegetarian roll with avocado, and crunchy cucumber and asparagus. Each roll is accompanied by authentic soy sauce, spicy wasabi and pickled ginger.
