Sushi is a healthy and delicious light meal or snack enjoyed in Japan and around the world. In this cooking class with Chef Jan, you will learn how to make your own authentic sushi completely from scratch.
Start with a California roll made with imitation crab, cucumber and avocado wrapped in sweet rice and seaweed. Next, Chef Jan will teach you how to make a spicy roll filled with tuna and Sriracha-infused mayonnaise. You will leave with sushi-making skills you can easily utilize again at home!
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
