He will teach you how to prepare your own dough from a simple base of potatoes, flour, eggs, cheese, oil and salt. Next, prepare a classic basil-based pesto sauce to coat your gnocchi. This is a dish you'll definitely want to make time and time again — and with Chef Daniel's in-depth guidance, you can!
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
