In this seafood-focused guided class with Chef Matt, you will learn how to build your very own ahi tuna poke bowl at home.
Chef Matt will show you how simple it is to cut your fresh ahi tuna, what vegetables to use and how to cut them, how to cook the rice perfectly, and how to concoct two different dressings you can use to finish your bowl.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase drinks to enjoy during the class.

Wafu Dressing
With peanut butter, sesame oil, rice vinegar, pepper and yuzu juice

Meet your chef
Chef Matt's culinary background is robust and impressive, and his passion for cooking and teaching has been shaped by the many culinary experiences he's acquired over the years. Currently the owner of a catering bakery business, Chef Matt has worked as a sous chef for James Beard nominee Chef Jenn Louis, and was a top 10 finalist in the "Christmas Cookie Challenge" on the Food Network. A creative chef by nature, Chef Matt enjoys the process of teaching others.
