Begin by wrapping king crab, rice noodles and pickled vegetables in rice paper, then enjoying them with an apricot and sweet chile sauce. Then, Chef Robert will show you how to roll a fried avocado spring roll stuffed with cilantro, seared poblano peppers and a red chile crema.
