Cooking Class: Mastering Thai Curry

In this hands-on class with Chef Malik, you will learn how to prepare an authentic red Thai curry while also learning about the origins of the dish and how it differs from other types of curry. 


Chef Malik will begin by teaching you how to make your own red curry paste boasting big and bold flavors completely from scratch. Then, you will learn the step-by-step process for preparing your red Thai curry replete with tender chicken and perfectly cooked rice to soak up every last bit of flavor.


Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase alcoholic beverages from the venue to enjoy during the class.

This was the first cooking classroom, my wife and I. We really enjoyed ourselves. The chef was very attentive. The food was fantastic, and he even gave us to go containers to bring home leftovers. The only downside to the class was the venue.
