Cooking Class: Homemade Ravioli Workshop

In this class with Chef Ana, you will learn how to prepare fresh, handcrafted ravioli completely from scratch using high-quality ingredients and easy-to-master Italian cooking techniques. 


Chef Ana will begin by teaching you how to make your own pasta dough from scratch. Then, you will prepare a garlicky mushroom and onion ricotta filling before learning how to properly cut, shape, and cook your ravioli. Last but not least, you will discover the secrets to concocting a vibrant and versatile garlic-basil aioli.


Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
