Discover how to make perfectly light and airy pillows of classic rustic gnocchi in this hands-on class with Chef Mark. After you've mastered the secrets to crafting these Italian dumplings from scratch, Chef Mark will teach you two ways to enjoy your creation: with basil marinara or Genovese basil pesto. Don't forget the freshly shaved Parmesan-Reggiano!
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Mark was amazing. Informative, entertaining and a great teacher. We walked away with the exact recipe of what we had learned. So excited to try it out at home!

Mark was great, but I expected to cook more. I would have love to do the full dish by myself. The actual cooking time took 5min the rest was eating and seeing him cook. I am not repeating
